With 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational and leadership development, missions, and coaching, Brooke brings a uniquely adaptable skill set to her work at Slingshot Group. She’s served in for-profit, nonprofit, and church settings—plus lived coast-to nearly-coast (and even in Puerto Rico) and led short-term mission teams internationally—so she quickly establishes trust and common ground in any context.

A Master Trainer with Younique, Brooke has guided many people through a Gospel-centered life-design journey—from discovering purpose to taking bold next steps—and has equipped other coaches to do the same. Her greatest gift is sensing God’s glory in people and translating those insights into tangible connections and strategies.

Brooke lives—and thrives—at the intersection of all these experiences, believing every chapter of her story converges in her role at Slingshot Group. A Colorado native and mountain enthusiast, you’ll often find her running, soaking up live music, or parked in a coffee shop. She calls Kansas City home, where she and her “frat-house” family—her husband, two boys, and black Labradoodle Kona—are writing the next chapter.
