Ryan currently serves as an associate of the NextGen department. He is a Southern Californian who moved to Oklahoma in 2011, giving him a diversified experience on the west coast and in the midwest. He has served on staff in the local church ranging in size from 100 to 4,000 and has been a Youth Pastor, as well as a Leadership School Director. He has been involved in student ministries for over 20 years. He has served as a speaker, trainer and coach for churches, businesses and non-profits. He is the author of the book Prepared for Impact: 12 Keys to Unlock You and Your Youth Ministry. Ryan loves traveling, watching USC football and spending time with his wife Sarah and their 4 kids, Hunter, Caden, Grace and Amaris.
