Nick serves on the leadership team at Community Christian Church (CCC) in Nottingham, MD and leads the NextGen and Operations teams. He was on the team when CCC was launched as a new church in 2006.

He is passionate about helping churches reach their full potential and has done that through writing, blogging, speaking, coaching, consulting, and hosting The Family Ministry Podcast with conversations about children’s, youth, and family ministries.

In 2018, Nick and two of his NextGen Pastor friends launched Ministry Boost. Ministry Boost helps church leaders develop their ministry and their leadership with online courses, coaching groups, resource bundles, and consulting.

Nick is a certified Church StratOp facilitator, helping churches walk through and create a strategic operating plan. You can find his writing, free resources, and weekly interviews with family ministry leaders at nickblevins.com.

He is excited to combine his passion for helping churches with the networks of ministry leaders he is blessed to be a part of in his role with Slingshot. He will provide search and coaching services in the NextGen space, which is where most of his work has been done over the last two decades.

Nick and his wife Jennifer have 3 children along with their new puppy who loves to bite everything… All. The. Time.
