Monte serves as an Executive Consultant with Slingshot Group helping match ministries with high-capacity leaders and coaching executive teams toward greater clarity and effectiveness. Drawing on 35+ years of professional and ministry experience, Monte helps leaders navigate complexity and align teams to realize their full potential.

In 2014, Monte founded Leadership Clarity to help leaders clarify direction, develop people, and strengthen organizational health. He also partners with THRIVE360, to work upstream from crisis and help ministry professionals lead healthy through practical, sustainable rhythms.

Previously, Monte served as Executive Pastor from 2006–2021, helping lead growth from a single-site church to a thriving multi-site ministry. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles in the attractions industry, bringing a strong operational and strategic lens to his ministry work.

Monte and his wife Helaine live in Central Florida. They have four adult children and one granddaughter. Outside of work, Monte enjoys recreational hockey, photography, travel, and time outdoors with family and friends.
