With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational health, leadership development, and ministry, Brooke serves as the Director of Remarkable Teams Consulting at Slingshot Group. She partners with churches, nonprofits, and Kingdom-minded organizations to build healthier teams for greater mission impact.

Brooke specializes in helping leaders strengthen culture, increase alignment, clarify roles, and develop the leadership systems necessary to sustain growth and navigate seasons of change. Through the Remarkable Teams Consulting suite and Succession Planning, she helps leaders build remarkable teams that advance their mission with greater health and effectiveness.

Having served in for-profit, nonprofit, and church settings—and lived coast-to-nearly-coast, Brooke quickly establishes trust and common ground in a variety of contexts. Her ability to listen deeply, discern underlying dynamics, and translate insight into practical next steps has made her a trusted partner to leaders seeking both organizational health and mission impact.

A Colorado native, Brooke believes mountains have a way of right-sizing us in light of a great God. When she’s not partnering with leaders and organizations, you’ll likely find her on a run, or lingering over coffee and a meaningful conversation. She and her husband are joyfully outnumbered by two teenage boys and one very loved Labradoodle, Kona, in Kansas City.
