Brian’s roots are in local church ministry, where he learned the importance of caring for people and building healthy team culture. Since then, his work has spanned senior leadership roles on the inside and coaching and consulting from the outside, partnering with executive leaders and teams across church, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations. Through that work, he’s gained firsthand insight into the pressures organizations face as they grow and complexity increases.

As Vice President of Growth, Brian stewards Slingshot’s growth strategy, cultivates strategic relationships, and partners across the organization to help keep mission and momentum aligned.

He lives in North Dallas, Texas with his wife Lauren, their two kids, and two dogs. He’s rarely far from a notebook and a good cup of coffee.
