Brian Nelson has served the local church for over 15 years as a Worship Pastor and Executive Pastor in both single and multi-campus churches. He has been blessed to help lead a dying church back to life, now reaching thousands every weekend. Brian is also the host/emcee of the Experience Conference in Orlando, FL, where he loves pouring into hundreds of worship leaders from around the country. He is a gifted communicator, coach, worship leader, and musician. He is passionate about church growth, leader development, and creating healthy staff cultures. His work at Slingshot is quite literally a mixing of all his passions. As an Associate, Brian aims to walk alongside churches through the difficult, vulnerable experience of hiring the right person. He understands that the right person in the right seat is everything. Brian has served at The Bridge Community Church in IL since 2010. He loves music, sports, and being near water…pool or ocean! Brian and his wife, Michele, have two sons, Caden and Chase, and live just outside Chicago.
