For more than 20 years Brent Dyer has led worship ministries in churches from 200 to 15,000. Through his work in both single site congregations, as well as multi-site, Brent has honed his skill as a strategic, creative, and visionary leader.

In addition to his work as a worship pastor, he is also a practicing Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas where he works to help people find hope and healing. One of Brent’s greatest passions is seeing people around him thrive and become who God created them to be. This is demonstrated through his deeply relational approach to ministry and life, as well as the many worship pastors around the nation he mentors and coaches.

Brent is excited to realize the culmination of his passions in his work at Slingshot coming alongside churches to help build remarkable teams. When he’s not busy with worship ministry and counseling, he and his wife, Jill, love to travel and see the world. They have three children, Blake, Kate, and Sam the Maltese.
