With over two decades of experience in the nonprofit world, Andy Garlich brings depth of insight and relational wisdom to his role as an Executive Consultant in Slingshot’s Nonprofit Division. His background includes extensive work in coaching, operations, donor development, program design, and hiring hundreds of staff across a wide range of roles. Andy understands what it takes to build healthy teams and sustainable systems, and he’s passionate about helping mission-driven leaders thrive.

Andy believes transformation happens in the context of relationship. Whether walking with someone through a season of discernment or helping a team find clarity in the midst of complexity, he thrives when he can help others step into their God-given calling. Relational and steady by nature, Andy is known for being a loyal presence who builds trust quickly and brings practical clarity to complex situations.

Andy lives in Olathe, Kansas, where he serves in leadership at Youthfront in Kansas City. He and his wife, Alli, have three sons and have been deeply shaped by their family’s involvement in foster care over the years. Outside of work, Andy is an avid sports fan, with the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals as his not-so-secret passion.
