Andy Garlich brings over 17 years of nonprofit experience as an Associate in the Nonprofit Division at Slingshot. His experience involves coaching, donor management, program development and hiring hundreds of staff for a variety of roles. Andy understands the vast resources and staffing that it takes to be successful in the nonprofit industry and values the importance of systems, budgets and operations alongside investing in talented people.

Andy encounters the presence of God most through relationships and entering into one another’s story. He thrives when given the opportunity to help others find clarity and perspective and discover his or her unique contribution to their vocation and communities. Often mistaken as an enneagram 7, it’s actually the strong wing to his enneagram 6. He is a dependable loyalist that gains trust quickly and loves finding practical solutions to problems.

Andy and his wife Alli live in Olathe, KS where he works in leadership at Youthfront. They have three sons and are active foster parents so they may have extra kiddos in their family at any given time. Andy is also an avid sports fan and can be spotted around town hosting Seinfeld trivia nights.
