With a deep love for people and a lifelong connection to worship ministry, Kaelyn brings care and intentionality to her work as a Recruitment Support Specialist at Slingshot Group. Growing up with a father who was a worship leader, she developed an early passion for the local church and has spent years leading worship and serving on teams in a variety of church contexts.

In addition to her ministry experience, she has worked in higher education recruiting, guiding incoming music students and helping produce large-scale music and worship events. Known for her attention to detail and organization, she is especially passionate about walking alongside people during pivotal moments and helping them take meaningful next steps. At her core, Kaelyn is passionate about people—creating connection, fostering trust, and supporting others as they step into new opportunities. She thrives behind the scenes, ensuring every detail is handled with care so that both candidates and teams feel supported throughout the process.

She happily calls Mobile, Alabama home, where she lives with her husband, Conner, who serves as a college and young adults pastor, and their daughter, June. When she’s not working, you can find her on the hunt for a great movie, trying out new restaurants, soaking up sunshine at the beach, or fully immersed in her latest arts and crafts project.
