Youth Pastor

Crossroads Impact Church (CIC) started out of a desire to fulfill the Great Commission, focusing on envisioning, equipping, and releasing every believer into their God-given ministry using their spiritual gifts. Services started in June of 2021. Small groups have been a major ministry component right from the start. In October 2021, CIC began meeting weekly on Sunday nights, and in April 2022, moved to Sunday mornings in Windermere High School, where they currently meet. Crossroads Impact has an average attendance of 300 people on Sunday mornings and currently has four full-time and three part-time staff members, along with a strong core of volunteers who are excited about the church’s vision.
CIC is focused on fulfilling the Great Commission, which focuses on both evangelism and discipleship. There is a passion to see unchurched people come to faith in Christ. There is an invitation to receive Christ at the end of almost every Sunday morning service. Our current interim student pastor speaks regularly at local high schools with a desire to lead students to Christ. A major evangelistic strategy is to envision and equip the church to share their faith with the people in their lives.

CIC is actively involved with many local and global ministry organizations. The church gives 10% of all financial gifts to its local and global partners. They work with global ministries in Haiti, The Middle East, and Uganda. Locally, Crossroads Impact partners with organizations such as 8 Waves, Matthews Hope, and Choices Clinics.
CIC is known for sound teaching, a friendly environment, study trips to Israel, and a commitment to discipleship through life-changing small groups (Impact Groups).
