
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4-6 years experience leading worship and managing both staff and volunteers.
- Proficiency in leading worship from a primary instrument.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting/budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication across verbal, written, and digital channels

- Developer: This person is a gifted worship leader and proficient in at least one instrument. They don’t have to be an expert in every position, but they can develop a culture (over time) where every position can be developed.
