Founded in 1955, Northside Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church located in Starke, FL. Northside Baptist Church believes in the mission God gave through His Word, as seen in the Great Commission and Great Commandment. The church utilizes an L3 Strategy. Love God, Love Church, Love Others. Everything they do is centered around this mission, along with their four core values: Biblical, Missional, Intentional, and Charitable.
Northside Christian Academy ministers to 400 students each week, along with their families. The vision of NCA is to properly train students in the knowledge of God and ensure they are equipped to advance the Kingdom of God. Many unchurched families are being reached through NCA.
The Worship Pastor will provide pastoral leadership to the worship ministries of Northside Baptist Church. The worship team is currently volunteer-led and has a blended style of worship.
Pastor Chris and the leadership have a solid plan to bring a high caliber Worship Pastor on staff to help grow and develop the team. This person will give vision and direction to take the worship ministry to a new place of ministry effectiveness. We are looking for a Worship Pastor who is a natural team-builder with excellent communication and relational leadership.
