Waterlife Church was launched in 2012 with a mission to share Jesus and serve the community. From its inception, the church has focused on teaching the Bible in a relevant, clear, and direct manner while prioritizing ministries for children and students. For seven years, the church operated as a portable ministry, steadily building its presence and impact before moving into a permanent facility in 2020.
In recent years, Waterlife Church has experienced significant growth, welcoming many new members to its diverse congregation, which spans a range of ages, educational backgrounds, and economic levels. The church has also emphasized creating an environment that appeals to men. This year, baptism numbers have reached some of the highest levels in its history.
The Worship Pastor will bring proactive, creative, empowering, team-building, and communicative leadership with excellence to the worship experience of Waterlife Church. This leader MUST have the ability to not only build and create systems and processes in these specific areas that promote innovation, creativity, teamwork, communication, and efficiency but also the ability to be flexible, teachable, able to pivot quickly, responsive, plan, and pastor compassionately and strongly to loving people who are serious about their offering to God.
