Worship Pastor

The Worship Pastor at Riverside Church is called to cultivate and lead a reproducible, Christ-centered culture of worship and prayer. This individual will shepherd the congregation in worship, support the growth and well-being of worship leaders and musicians, and invest in the next generation by developing a worship pipeline that prepares future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all worship services, fostering a culture rooted in Jesus and prayer.
• Select and arrange music that aligns with the church’s mission and vision, offering a variety of styles.
• Plan and execute special worship events, such as holidays and church-wide gatherings.
• Coach and mentor other worship leaders, equipping them to grow in their roles.
