Mission Hills Church is expanding their ability to reach the Front Range of Colorado with the good news of Jesus Christ. With the launch of their fourth campus in Castle Rock, they are ready to take their worship arts ministry to the next level and are building the team to take them there. This role has the opportunity for a huge impact with a fantastic, unified team.
Mission Hills is one church that meets in multiple locations. They believe that a full life in Jesus begins with transformation, a life fully committed to Him. Whether it’s freedom from depression and anger, a broken relationship restored, a commitment to prayer and generosity, or overcoming an addiction, transformation is the natural result of encountering the living God and of obedience to Jesus. The church started in 1942 as a small Bible study and has since grown to reach thousands each week at four church campuses.
The Worship Arts Pastor is a high-level position that will serve as the right-hand person for the Weekend Experience Executive Pastor, shaping their worship culture, developing worship leaders and team, and, of course, leading their congregation into deeper worship of our amazing God.
