Why I Love This Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to work with a distinguished organization to continue to build and shape the way churches minister to those in correctional institutions. There is opportunity to grow, share, and serve alongside likeminded individuals as you continue the great work that has been started and add to what the future might bring.

John Luzadder

Greatest opportunity: to continue the legacy of the Correctional Ministries Institute and have the opportunity to build into its long term impact.

Greatest Challenge: to align their strengths with the mission, and allow no mission drift.
