Production Director

The Production Director’s primary focus will be supporting the Production Department in the operation, management, and leadership of all production requirements at Vintage Church.

This position leads production staff and volunteers and works closely with band and worship leaders, events staff, and other ministries within and outside Vintage Church.

Key Responsibilities:

• EAD | The production teams at Vintage Church and manage production to maintain a high-level experience within a distraction-free environment.
• BUILD | Volunteer core teams by cultivating community and helping build relationships.
• COLLABORATE |Collaborate with the Pastors, Worship, and Production teams by leading the pre-service and post-service briefings.
• DEVELOP | Current standards of operation, improve systems and execution of production, and pioneer new ways for the production team to create meaningful and intentional experiences in the room.
• SERVICE & EVENT PRODUCTION
  Ensure that stages and equipment are well maintained and presentable.
• Oversee all volunteer teams or staff related to midweek services or events that require AVL.
• Lead Production teams for weekend services and events and maintain high-level production value.
• Manage budget and payment of all production-related invoices, including subscriptions, consultants, contractors, and equipment.
• Vintage Church is looking for a team player who is excited to take full ownership of production to drive the overall experience at Vintage Church.
