Mission, Vision, and Values
Mission:
- We exist so that those who are far from Christ will come to know Him, and those who know Him will grow in Him.
Staff Culture
Victory Family is known for cultivating a genuine family atmosphere among its staff. Team members describe the culture as highly collaborative, relational, and intentionally lighthearted—taking ministry seriously without taking themselves too seriously. Staff genuinely enjoy working together, celebrate one another, and foster deep friendships that extend beyond the workplace. Candidates who thrive at Victory Family are team players with grit, humility, and a collaborative mindset who naturally contribute to a healthy staff culture rather than creating ministry silos.
