Victory Family Church is a fast-growing (7800), multi-campus, non-denominational church based in central Oklahoma that is passionate about helping people know Jesus and grow in their faith. The High School Student Pastor is responsible for leading and developing the church’s youth ministry, fostering an environment where students can grow in their faith and build lasting relationships. This role involves recruiting, training, and equipping a team of volunteers to engage with youth, while providing mentorship, care, and spiritual guidance to students. The High School Youth Pastor plans and executes dynamic events, programs, and retreats that support the church’s mission and vision for youth. Additionally, they ensure the safety and well-being of all students, maintaining a secure environment for ministry activities. A key part of the role is teaching and discipling students through biblical instruction, small group discussions, and mentorship.
