There is a great foundation of skilled team members in place representing many years of impacting ministry at Victory. There is a large vision for a great season ahead. Victory has begun a multi-million dollar building renovation and a sizable AVL upgrade in the auditorium, which includes a large LED Wall.
The church is located between Tampa and Orlando, FL. Lakeland has been recognized as an “All-American City.” It’s a friendly mid-size city of 250,000 with all of the amenities.
Victory Church launched in March 1989. The church has had a heart to reach lost people since day one. Victory is genuinely known as Lakeland’s community church. In 2006, Victory launched the South Campus, which is thriving today as they meet in a movie theater.
Victory is a larger church with over 2,500 in attendance. They occupy 170,000 square feet of permanent buildings located on 85 acres.
Every person is encouraged to live a life of personal evangelism. Victory gives about $1.5 million each year to advance the gospel locally and globally. They support 240 missionaries around the world and partner with 47 missional organizations. The Dream Center and inner-city Kids Club program are known city-wide for impacting the community tremendously.

The worship experience at Victory is of utmost importance to create the atmosphere for people to hear the Word of God, respond to the Holy Spirit, and experience new life in Christ. The right leader for this role will have a solid understanding of Audio, Lighting, and Video production. They will know how to develop leaders and build teams.
Ministry excellence is valued in all aspects of weekend gatherings so that Jesus is reflected to those who don’t know Him. Sunday mornings are not simply a musical and technical performance but rather a fresh encounter with God every week.

This position gives the staff and volunteers leadership over all aspects of live production elements. The team has a solid foundation in place, and the church has a vision to grow the production ministry through innovation and operational excellence.
