Mission & Vision
Victory Church exists to bring the heart of God to everyone, everywhere, and to help people experience the fullness of life. Their philosophy of worship and creative ministry is rooted in the belief that creativity is a reflection of the Creator — that every sound, image, and design should point people to the presence of Jesus.
Core Values
- We Love God and Love People: We seek God first by prioritizing personal relationships with the Father, Son, and Spirit through daily prayer, worship, and quiet time. We love others like Jesus did, letting His love overflow in our relationships with patience, kindness, and compassion. We pray for others, meet their needs, and help them experience His love in practical ways.
- We Are Spirit-Led: We remain open to the Holy Spirit’s leading, seeking God’s guidance first in every decision and expecting His supernatural power in our daily lives. We invite the Holy Spirit to move freely, even if it disrupts our plans for services and ministries. His presence is our priority.
- We Are Radically Generous: We give beyond what’s expected, offering more of our time and resources than seems logical. With tithing as our starting point, we give above and beyond that in order to practice extravagant generosity as a reflection of God’s limitless love.
- We Take Ground for the Kingdom: We refuse to play it safe because our mission is far too important for passive living. We dream big, take risks, and boldly pursue reaching the 97% of Palm Beach County who have yet to experience the heart of God. We create opportunities, empower leaders, and invite people into the fullness of life God has in store for them. We don’t maintain; we multiply.
- We Have Limitless Faith: We believe for miracles with childlike faith, even in the most challenging circumstances. We pray, speak, and act boldly in faith, trusting God to do the impossible.
Leadership Team Standards
- I Speak Highly: I speak life and call out the good in other people, churches, and ministries, always believing the best about them. I recognize and celebrate the good in them. My words carry power, so I use them to uplift others with positivity, avoiding sarcasm and negativity.
- I Set the Tone: I show up with Spirit-filled expectation, excited and engaged. I smile and connect with people joyfully, creating a positive atmosphere through my words, actions, and body language. I take control of my emotions rather than letting them control me, remaining dependable in advancing the culture. I wholeheartedly and audibly engage in congregational worship, and when the Word is preached, I take notes. I sit up front, looking up, staying engaged, and speaking up in our gatherings.
- I Mind the Details: I create welcoming environments where everyone feels seen and valued. I pay attention to the little things, knowing that every conversation and detail matters. I leave each space better than I found it, honoring our house and its resources. I take ownership of our spaces, treating our church as if I were welcoming guests into my own home. I communicate expectations clearly when delegating tasks to my team because I know clarity is kindness. I embody an attitude of excellence, showing up on time, engaged, prepared, and giving my best in every situation.
- I Protect the House: I actively champion and defend the unity of our church—its mission, vision, and people. I cover my pastors and spiritual leaders in prayer, honoring and defending them with my words and actions. When conflict arises within my team, I address disagreements with grace and work to resolve issues quickly and constructively, keeping reconciliation and unity at the heart of everything I do.
- I Steward My Body: My body is the new temple, the dwelling place of God. I recognize that my physical health is a vital part of my overall well-being—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. These aspects of health are deeply connected, each contributing to my overall vitality. While nurturing my spirit is a priority, I also take intentional steps to care for my mind and body through thoughtful choices in how I rest, how I move, and what I eat and drink. When my mind, body, and spirit are in harmony, I am better equipped to live out my mission and serve others effectively.
