Founding Pastors Dennis and Colleen Rouse began what was then known as Victory Christian Center in 1989 with a Bible study in their apartment home. Since then, their vision for bridging the gap between cultures as well as leading others to become disciples of Jesus Christ has become a reality.

The Victory Church digital platform is undergoing a transformation to further advance the mission of the gospel, by creating disciples and guiding them along their spiritual journey. To help us with this transformation, Victory Church is seeking a talented and highly-motivated leader to guide a team of talented developers and UX/UI designers who create interactive online experiences for our on-line guests.
The Director of Web Development will work collaboratively with a range of teams including church leadership, marketing, IT, and creative to ensure our digital platform meets the needs of our audience and fulfills the standards of our organization. This role will balance organizing strategies, managing execution, and implementing standards of excellence for our team to follow.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create strategies for developing the state of our digital platform which includes websites, web & mobile applications, and other technologies.
•Build, oversee, and coach a team of developers, designers, and product managers while driving the evolution of the Victory Church digital platform.
•Collaborate closely with leadership and across different teams to plan, organize, and deliver projects that involve the digital platform.
•Set standards for design and development practices in conjunction with brand and marketing guidelines.
•Set goals for your team, implement processes and monitor progress to ensure we are making gains and performing well.
•Be strategic and analytical in your approach when delivering solutions to new and existing problems.
