Veneration Church is searching for a Worship Pastor who carries spiritual weight, builds people, and leads worship that exalts Jesus—not just entertains. This is a leadership role at a growing, thriving church. The right person will bring confidence and humility, strong vocals and musicality, and a passion to shepherd people into the presence of God. The Worship Pastor will lead a growing team of musicians and vocalists while also developing young leaders from within the church. They’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor to craft worship experiences that are both Spirit-led and grounded in biblical truth. With a brand-new permanent facility on the horizon, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of worship in a fast-growing, high-impact church.

About This Organization

Veneration Church is a thriving church in Kalispell, Montana—a region exploding with growth, new families, and spiritual hunger. From day one, Veneration has been a church marked by passionate worship, biblical preaching, and gritty discipleship. They don’t play church. They live on mission.

Though portable for now, the church will soon begin building a 42,000 square foot facility that will serve as a launchpad for the next season of ministry. Veneration’s staff is fun, focused, and fiercely committed to building the Kingdom.
