Unity Baptist Church exists to be one with our Lord Jesus Christ and each other; to meet the spiritual needs of others; to train believers; to tell non-believers about Jesus; and to gather together in the love of the Lord.
Unity Baptist Church has a relational, team-oriented culture where people genuinely enjoy serving together. The staff and leadership value humility, teachability, hard work, and a shared commitment to the mission of reaching people with the gospel. Leaders are given the freedom to lead, encouraged to take initiative, and supported by a congregation that values authenticity over performance.
The church is deeply connected to its community and believes ministry happens both inside and outside the church walls. The ideal team member will be approachable, flexible, community-minded, and excited to build meaningful relationships with students, families, volunteers, and church leaders.
