Mission, Vision, and Values
- Our mission is to be rooted in Jesus, reaching our worlds through intentional relational discipleship.
- Our vision is to be a people longing to glorify God by loving God, loving people, sharing the gospel and serving the world.
- We have six core values: which include the authoritative Word of God, transformational community, service, family, calling and belonging.
Staff Culture
The staff culture at Trinity Church is highly relational, collaborative, and family-oriented. Team members genuinely enjoy serving alongside one another and prioritize healthy relationships, mutual support, and open communication. There is a strong sense that ministry is done together, not in silos, with pastors and staff regularly collaborating to plan, problem-solve, and shepherd the church well. The environment reflects a shared commitment to unity and trust, where ideas are welcomed and teamwork is valued over individual ownership. Staff members care deeply for one another both personally and spiritually, creating a culture that feels supportive, approachable, and grounded in shared mission and purpose.
