Trace Church is a growing church in Colorado Springs with a heart to remove obstacles and increase opportunities for people to get to Jesus. Over the years, Trace has experienced significant growth while remaining committed to reaching people who may be far from God or hesitant to engage with church. Today, approximately 3,200–3,500 people attend each weekend. Trace is currently in an exciting season of growth and expansion. Our staff and ministries are continually adapting to serve a growing congregation while protecting the relational, authentic culture that has shaped our church. We place a high value on excellent weekend experiences, developing leaders, reaching our community, and creating environments where people can encounter Jesus and take meaningful next steps in their faith.
Trace is looking for a worship leader to help lead the congregation into the next season of the church. With tremendous growth being experienced and more on the horizon, Trace is looking for a strong leader who has experience leading teams, a strong worship leader who has experience leading large congregation, and a growth-minded leader who is seeking to grow their own leadership and gifting.
