Thompson Station Church is seeking an experienced Kids Ministry Leader to provide strategic and organizational leadership for a thriving, growing ministry. This person will build and equip teams of leaders, translate an established ministry vision into effective strategy and execution, and develop systems that can scale with the church’s continued growth. The ideal candidate loves developing leaders who love kids and brings at least four to five years of experience building ministry in a growing environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of elementary ministry and potentially expand into broader leadership as the church moves toward multiplication and multisite ministry.
