The Student Ministry Director is primarily responsible for creating worship experiences, building authentic relationships, and fostering spiritual growth within the Student Ministry. This role involves developing, planning, and implementing all aspects of the worship experience for students, including service planning, volunteer scheduling, preaching, and other necessary elements to create a meaningful worship environment. A key aspect of this role is cultivating an inviting and evangelistic culture, encouraging students to share their faith and actively invite others into the story of Jesus. While outreach is a primary emphasis, the Student Ministries Director will provide rich biblical truths to help students navigate life.
