Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing the donor pipeline
- Donor prospect research and prioritization
- Coordinating meetings with donors and foundation and following up in a timely manner
- Developing proposals and materials
- Stewardship and donor communication on an ongoing basis
- Hire additional fundraising staff as needs develop over time
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful fundraising or development experience with a focus on major gifts
- Experience helping build or scale an organization, initiative, or movement (inside or outside traditional fundraising roles
- Demonstrated success raising major gifts for a Christian nonprofit or faith-driven organizatio
- Direct experience working with high-net-worth individuals and/or foundatio
- Experience working alongside founders or senior leaders, with the ability to know when to lead independently and when to bring leadership into donor conversatio
- Deep personal commitment to The Revival Project’s mission and valu
- Willingness to travel ~50-60%
