Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and onboard partner churches that align with the organization’s mission and offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior pastors, youth pastors, and executive leaders across the U.S.
- Oversee the relationship through the full engagement lifecycle—from initial contact through onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Product Development Specialist to refine the go-to-market strategy and communication approach.
- Manage key Partner Church relationships throughout the full seven-year journey, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and measurable ministry results.
- Serve as liaison between Partner Churches and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and continuity.
- Represent The Revival Project at conferences, events, and gatherings as a trusted and inspiring ministry ambassador.
- Track engagement metrics and report regularly on pipeline, growth, and relationship health.
Key Qualifications
- Deep personal commitment to Jesus Christ and The Revival Project’s mission of revival
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in church leadership (executive or youth ministry preferred)
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in relational sales, ministry partnerships, or church engagement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–40%
