As lead pastor, Keith Norman refers to himself as the lead servant, which speaks loudly to the heart of this ministry. He is also a worship leader, which spills out through the rest of the congregants. This church loves to worship and shows it through its excellence. For the last eight years, The Factory has been focused on making disciples in the beautiful bedroom community of Woodstock, GA. The Factory began as a small launch team in Pastor Keith Norman’s home in October 2012 and officially launched in January 2014. They started as a portable church meeting in a movie theater and finally moved into their current facility in January 2015. Their focus has always been less on Sunday mornings and more on mobilizing the body to live out their faith “the other six days.”
The Factory has had great leaders in the worship area and is looking for the right person to join in the journey of taking the ministry to another level. While the worship ministry will continue to have the spiritual covering of the Elders, they are now ready to invest significantly in the worship culture of the church.

The Worship Pastor/Director will lead all aspects of Worship, Production, and Creative Arts, to maintain and improve the overall look and feel of all elements of worship on Sunday mornings and events. The Worship Pastor/Director will lead the Worship Team, Band, and church family in authentic worship to God through various music styles, including gospel.
The Worship Pastor will serve as “Lead Worshiper” in collaboration with existing worship leaders during worship services at The Factory. They will meet weekly with Creative Team to coordinate programming for Sunday services and church-wide events that complement current teaching series and events. In addition to leading weekly rehearsals, the Worship Pastor will also recruit, audition, teach and train our vocalists to serve the congregation as a team with musical skill and humility.
They will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of audio and video production for the worship services and live-streaming, the execution of, and providing creative direction for video content, i.e., teaching series promo videos, testimony videos, etc. Lastly, The Worship Pastor for The Factory will manage the Worship/Production annual budget.
