The Executive Director of Worship Arts is a high-impact Senior Staff position, leading an excellent team of Worship Pastors and Technical Directors who lead over 200 volunteers. The Compass Church has been serving the people of the western suburbs of Chicagoland for 70 years. The church has grown to 5 physical campuses with 3,900 in attendance spanning 14 worship services, including one Spanish service. They also weekly serve over 1,200 online.

The Executive Director of Worship Arts is a Senior Staff position that leads the central worship and production teams over all campuses. The position reports to the Executive Pastor and works closely with the Senior Pastor, is a peer to other Executive Directors and Campus Pastors, and has Worship Pastors and Tech Directors as direct reports.
