Why I Love This Opportunity

Todd Clark

Senior Associate

The Teaching and Campus Pastor role Chase Oaks is a premier opportunity for a gifted, humble and passionate leader to join the dynamic Chase Oaks team in a senior leadership role.

About This Organization

Chase Oaks is a dynamic multi-site church in North Dallas with locations in Plano, Fairview and Sachse.

Chase Oaks works very hard to be externally focused and internally healthy. By external focus, we do church with outsiders in mind in everything we do. We do church in a way that non-churched people connect and spin the energy of our church out to our community and parts of the world that God has put in our stewardship. By internal health, we want a healthy church culture where people can grow in grace and in the knowledge of God in community with each other.

Chase Oaks part of the Irresistible Church Network, which seeks to connect existing externally focused churches and is working to see at least one in every one of the 800 cities in the US.

Jesus Sets Our Tone
We respond to the issues of our day through the lens of Jesus, who always engage others with empathy, grace, and truth. As we follow Jesus’ lead, we pray for discernment and wisdom to love and lead people well.

We See Beauty in Diversity
Our unity is beautiful when it reflects the diversity of our world. We are committed to the hard work of bringing different people together for good and demonstrating God’s love in unexpected ways.

We Don’t Go It Alone
We are better together because healthy and helpful friends make a world of difference. WE focus on gathering in groups, serving in teams, and partnering with others who are doing great work in our community.

This Is Not Our Party
We are never more like Jesus than when we give up our preferences for the sake of others. We design every part of Chase Oaks to not only be relevant to us, but also compelling and engaging to those who have yet to come.

We Are Here for Good
In a divided and complex world, we are known by what we are for, not what we are against. We love in unexpected ways with surprising generosity as we seek to meet brokenness, need, and injustice with the hope of Jesus.
