Southcrest Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas, is seeking a College Pastor to lead The Journey, its ministry to college students. This leader will bring a love for university students, strong biblical teaching, and the relational wisdom to help young adults develop a faith that shapes everyday life.
The College/Teaching Pastor will provide direction for the ministry and participate in a preaching rotation approximately 20 times per year. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm grounded in spiritual maturity, connects naturally with college students, and earns trust through consistent presence and meaningful conversations. This is an opportunity for a gifted communicator with a shepherd’s heart to invest deeply in students during a formative season of life.
