It may simply be my opinion, but seriously, Thousand Oaks could be one of the most lovely and desirable places to live– easy access to the beach, the mountains, SoCal entertainment, and much more. In addition, this role at Living Oaks is almost equally ideal. The person moving into this role will have the opportunity to work with a fun team, complete with two stellar leaders in the kids’ ministry area, and then collaborate with a young staff member leading the church.

This role will oversee all of the family ministries, but as already stated, you’ll have a team working with you on the kid’s ministry. About 20% will be focused on family ministry (parents), another 20% on Kids ministry, and then the majority of your time (50%) will be focused on the student ministry.
