First Baptist Orlando

Senior Teaching Pastor

Orlando, Florida

Why I Love This Opportunity

Todd Clark

Senior Associate

The Senior Teaching Pastor role at First Baptist Orlando presents the unique opportunity for a gifted communicator to join a flag ship church in a shared leadership model that focusses primarily on teaching.

This is the dream job for a teacher who loves to preach, mentor communicators, collaborate and not carry all the weight!

About This Organization

It’s all about Jesus. Nothing more. Nothing less.
He loves us. And we love others.

For 150 years, our presence has carried a beacon of love, support & care to central Florida. We have built a solid reputation of generous faith & human compassion. On every step of our journey together, we’ve responded to needs in the world around us.

The needs in the world around us today bring new challenges. Cultural pressures overwhelm society & people are questioning whether church matters (or can even be trusted). In times like these, we get back to our roots – a legacy of Jesus love in action.

Here we stand – with unwavering, rebellious love for our city & its people. Guided by our past, we’ll navigate our future with steadfast dedication & positive contributions to central Florida’s well-being.

We are a church re-learning what it means to be more loving, more welcoming, more grace-filled & more forward-thinking at home, work & play.

First Orlando averages 8,000 attenders each weekend across multiple campuses in the central Florida region.
