About This Organization

Rolling Hills Community Church was launched in the fall of 2002, and throughout the past 20 years, they have watched God grow, bless, and expand the ministry to Nashville and the surrounding area. Pastor Jeff Simmons is the founder and the only senior pastor Rolling Hills has had in its 20-year existence. Position Description

The Leadership Pipeline Director will recruit, develop, train, and manage the Leadership Pipeline ministry at Rolling Hills Community Church. This leader plays a crucial role in the long-term strategy for growth and impact in Nashville and around the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic partnerships with college campuses, ministries, and trusted churches
  • Continue to expand the Leadership Pipeline through consistent marketing and communication.
  • Lead recruiting through colleges, campus ministries, churches, and alumni
  • Provide ongoing support and training for Ministry supervisors
  • Continue to explore, research, and implement best practices of intern and residency programs
  • Continue to develop and improve the structures and curriculum for development, equipping, and launching the next generation of godly, faithful, and steadfast leaders for the ministry, the marketplace, and the home
  • Provide a life-transforming environment where emerging leaders are immersed in a Christ-centered, fast-paced, and growing ministry context, with hands-on experience while being invested in by passionate leaders through one-on-one and cohort settings

What a Strong Candidate Would Look Like:

  • College-level undergraduate degree; additional education is preferred
  • Experience in a similar candidate and/or volunteer recruitment, development, and leadership program preferred
  • Gifted in leadership, evangelism, and shepherding
  • A leader who has mastered the art of strategic planning and executing, as well as training and communicating vision
  • Relational leader who is a natural developer, recruiter, and encourager
