About This Organization

In January 2003, Rolling Hills Community Church was officially launched. Their first Sunday morning services took place at the Marriott Hotel in Cool Springs. Ever since that day, God has been pouring out his favor, provision, and direction on this church. Today, they have an average weekend attendance of 2700+ at campuses in Franklin, Nolensville, Nashville, Columbia, and online.

Pastor Jeff is a high-energy, visionary communicator and caring leader to his staff. He’s engaged in the vision, teaching, and strategy while trusting his team to function in their gifts and callings to serve their ministry areas.

Position Description

Oversees the development and implementation of all Marketing and Communication strategies for all Rolling Hills campuses (physical and digital). Carries out this role by serving as an actively engaged member of Rolling Hills Community Church and staff, the overall Creative Arts Department, and through focused leadership and mentoring of all MarComm direct reports, contractors, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of strategic goals and strategies for the Central MarComm team.
  • Monitors and safeguards the brand identity of the church.
  • Manage the staff and resources of the MarComm team to ensure each team member’s talents and skill sets are being fully developed and utilized.
  • Oversee the production of and analyze the effectiveness of all print collateral, signage, electronic communications, website presence, and social media outlets.
  • In conjunction with the Creative Arts Director, develops and effectively implements the strategy for a growing and engaging Online Campus.
  • Identifies, captures, and communicates inspiring stories of life change within the church.
  • Reaches and serves those beyond our walls.
  • Creates and executes a local marketing strategy around each of our regional campuses to target unchurched people in the community, using the most applicable and effective mediums.
  • Produces content that inspires and informs.
  • Assures excellence in all aspects of written and electronic communications through concise and careful writing, design, editing, proofreading, and production.
  • Oversee the comprehensive calendar for all church events and activities.
  • Reports to and meets weekly with the Creative Arts Director to maintain synergy, focus, excellence, and partnership across all creative departments
  • Oversee the effective utilization and stewardship of the communications budget.
