Rolling Hills Community Church

Central Student Pastor

Franklin, Tennessee

Why I Love This Opportunity

Brian Aaby

Senior Associate

I know the word “authentic” is thrown around often, but it truly is the right word to describe what I experienced while with RHCC on a site visit. I loved how real the staff was and how they could both name their strengths and identify areas where they want and need help.
An experienced Student Pastor who is relational and organizationally inclined would be a God-send for this role. A terrific team is already in place, but a “captain” of this team is needed. I look forward to seeing the person God brings!

About This Organization

In January 2003, Rolling Hills Community Church was officially launched. Their first Sunday morning services occurred at the Marriott Hotel in Cool Springs. Ever since that day, God has been pouring out his favor, provision, and direction on this church. Today, they have an average weekend attendance of 2700+ at Franklin, Nolensville, Nashville, Columbia, and online campuses.

Pastor Jeff is a high-energy, visionary communicator and caring leader to his staff. He’s engaged in the vision, teaching, and strategy while trusting his team to function in their gifts and callings to serve their ministry areas.
