Key Qualifications
- You possess five or more years of ministry experience, specifically demonstrating the ability to build, grow, and stabilize healthy volunteer teams.
- You have a proven track record of leading a student ministry of at least 50 or more students, indicating you are ready for the scale of this role.
- You demonstrate a history of recruiting, equipping, and releasing adult volunteer leaders, rather than trying to perform all the student-facing ministry yourself.
- You hold to the theological conviction of eternal security (“once saved, always saved”) and lean away from heavily Calvinistic theology.
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), though we heavily prioritize real-world ministry building and leadership experience over specific educational pedigrees.
