You’ll be working alongside a collaborative team, developing innovative strategies, and leading the High School and Young Adult ministries at the Village Campus, all while making a lasting difference in the lives of the next generation.

The Assistant Pastor of NextGen Ministries at Reynolda Church exists to champion the spiritual development of children, students, and young adults by providing clear vision and leadership for ministries from Early Childhood through Young Adults. This position is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing programs that promote discipleship and spiritual growth within each age group, while empowering families to engage in faith formation at home.
The Assistant Pastor will lead the High School and Young Adult ministries at the Village Campus, ensuring alignment with the overall mission of the church, while fostering a unified, multi-generational approach to ministry. This role works collaboratively with the pastoral staff and volunteers to ensure a cohesive ministry strategy that effectively reaches and engages the next generation in their walk with Jesus.
