About This Organization

Replicate—founded by Robby Gallaty of Long Hollow Church—is by pastors, for pastors, and with pastors. Replicate Navigators aren’t just consultants. They’re active pastors who’ve experienced some of the same struggles as pastors all across the US. Over the past two years, Replicate has built Toolkits, Collaboratives, and resources to help churches launch a Great Commission movement.

Position Description

The Lead Navigator will have the primary responsibility to be a part of the team of Navigators and lead consult deliveries for churches that are implementing a disciple-making vision, strategy, and Replicate’s Discipleship Group model. The Lead Navigator will need to have full command of the three training toolboxes after the first 9-15 months. They will also be responsible to communicate with, develop, and grow the Collective and the Collective Trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult as a Navigator to churches.
  • Lead the virtual cohort coaching ministry, Replicate Collective (140 pastors and staff).
  • Lead out in communicating and equipping the Collective Trainers.
  • Responsible to achieve a minimum target of $200,000-$250,000 revenue annually through sales to new churches.
  • Be a REPLICATE practitioner in a local church.
  • Be certified and have command of all three toolkits (Multiplication Master Plan, D-Group Launch, DiscipleStory)

  • COACHABLE SPIRIT- Eagerness to learn and adapt. Willing to sit down, ask questions, and listen.
  • SALES – The expectation is to generate and close leads.
  • RELATIONAL SKILLS – A unique ability to connect and share with churches that are “Movement Ready”.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS – Able to communicate and teach three core deliverables (Spiritual Renewal, Disciple-making conviction, Organizational Clarity) with excellent delivery of toolkits.
  • HUMBLE STEWARD – High integrity and consistency in doing what is right by the people God has placed before them.
  • EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT – A highly intuitive and wise discerner who is able to listen well, while sensing how best to approach a situation and the people with which they interact.
