Production Director

The Production Director at Asbury Church will lead and oversee all aspects of audio, video, and lighting production for worship services and special events. This role requires a passionate, detail-oriented leader who excels at building, training, and mentoring both staff and volunteer teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences. The right candidate will champion technical innovation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with creative and pastoral leadership to enhance the overall worship environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all audio, video, and lighting aspects to ensure seamless, distraction-free worship services and events.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a strong team of staff and volunteers dedicated to excellence in production.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production systems, always forecasting future needs and technological advancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Worship Team, and Senior Leadership to execute a cohesive vision for worship and special events.
• Oversee budgeting, equipment purchasing, maintenance, and strategic planning for production resources.
• Proactively troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to maintain consistently high-quality production standards.
