Brentwood Baptist Church is a regional church with nine campuses across the Nashville metro area. The mission is the same at every campus location—engaging the whole person with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ anywhere, anytime, with anybody. Every campus shares this same DNA through a common mission, vision, and message. However, each campus has the flexibility to contextualize ministry to its unique community under the leadership and teaching of its own campus pastor. Each weekend, Brentwood draws about 6800 people worshipping together across its nine campuses.
The Production Director will oversee a comprehensive technical ministry on the Brentwood campus that extends beyond Sunday services, providing leadership and guidance to ministry-led production teams throughout the church. This role demands a generalist with particular expertise in audio, requiring both technical proficiency and strong leadership capabilities. The ideal person will be able to foster an environment of partnership, flexibility, and cooperation while maintaining high standards for timeliness, planning, preparedness, and rehearsal.
