Key Responsibilities
- Cast and execute a compelling vision: to expand PO’s reach to younger populations (including students) and those who are unlikely to walk into a center but are searching online for help, answers, and support.
- Lead digital engagement strategies: growing PO’s presence on platforms where clients are making urgent decisions and seeking trustworthy information.
- Mobilize and supervise organizational leadership: to ensure alignment, excellence, and effectiveness across client services, human resources, finances, marketing, operations, and fund development.
- Foster a high-trust staff culture: nurturing unity, feedback, shared purpose, and professional development.
- Drive fundraising and donor development: including major donor cultivation, church partnerships, and grant procurement.
Key Qualifications
- A deeply committed follower of Jesus Christ with alignment to PO’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Statement of Faith, and Code of Christian Conduct
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles, including leading innovation, organizational growth, and effective change management
- Experience cultivating and stewarding funding streams, including major donors, church partners, and grants
- Skilled in strategic planning, team empowerment, and collaborative problem-solving
- Digital fluency in marketing, outreach, and/or service delivery
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 7–10+ years of senior leadership experience
- Background in pregnancy centers, social services, health care, or ministry is ideal
