- Build and lead the church’s adult discipleship strategy.
- Develop volunteer leaders and disciple-makers.
- Oversee adult groups, classes, and spiritual formation opportunities.
- Provide pastoral care and shepherd adults through every stage of life.
- Teach and preach as scheduled.
- Collaborate with staff to advance the overall mission of the church.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of ministry leadership experience (7-8 preferred).
- Experience leading adult discipleship, spiritual formation, or groups ministry.
- Proven ability to develop volunteer leaders.
- Strong biblical teaching and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and relational leadership.
- Alignment with Evangelical Covenant theology and Plymouth Covenant’s mission.
