The Adult Discipleship Pastor will provide leadership for the spiritual formation and discipleship of adults at Plymouth Covenant Church, helping people move from casual attendance to active, reproducing disciples of Jesus. This pastor will develop and lead clear pathways for spiritual growth, oversee adult groups and care ministries, equip leaders, and help cultivate a churchwide culture of discipleship rooted in abiding in Jesus, transformation, and living on mission. The ideal candidate is a relational and emotionally intelligent leader who can teach with clarity, build and develop teams, and shepherd people through every stage of life and faith. This role works closely with staff and volunteers to create environments where adults are known, formed, cared for, and equipped to disciple others.
