With an executive pastor, we can more effectively develop our staff, build our ministry model, and ensure that our church continues to grow and thrive in its mission to know Jesus and make Him known.”

About This Organization

Pennington Park Church has undergone a remarkable transformation in just eight short years. Explosive growth has become the defining characteristic of this vibrant church. One striking aspect of this very young congregation is the prevalence of youth; on any given weekend, an impressive 30+ percent of attendees are 18 years old or younger.
Community expectations are high, and the church’s unwavering commitment to excellence has driven its growth.  The church is embarking on a capital campaign to expand its three-year-old facility to accommodate the rapidly growing congregation, now averaging 1,000 each Sunday. Behind this impressive growth lies a growing, dedicated, high-performing staff eager for further development. In the last six months, the team has doubled in size to 16 staff members.
Located on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Fishers, Indiana, is one of the fastest-growing suburbs with nearly 100,000 residents. Money Magazine ranked Fishers as its Best Place to Live in 2017, and more recently, in 2022, Livability rated Fishers the 8th best place to live in the United States. A growing economy, vast urban amenities, and a wealth of recreational opportunities are just a few of the factors that make Fishers an excellent community.
