Pastor Chris Beals shared:
“What I’m most excited about in hiring an executive pastor to join our staff is the opportunity to have a trusted partner in leadership. This new addition to our team will bring a fresh perspective, valuable ministry experience, and proven skills to complement and enhance our ministry. With an executive pastor, we can more effectively develop our staff, build our ministry model, and ensure that our church continues to grow and thrive in its mission to know Jesus and make Him known.”
The executive pastor will serve in a vital role with several essential responsibilities. The executive pastor will be responsible for implementing and executing the vision cast by the lead pastor.
