There’s a beautiful balance here. Pathway is a church with deep roots, a clear mission, and a vibrant worship culture that’s ready for strong, relational leadership. It’s an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen what’s already thriving.
Pathway Church first opened its doors on Easter Sunday in 1975, when 39 people gathered to worship in a local fire hall. Since then, the church has experienced consistent growth and blessing. Today, more than 1,200 people attend worship services each weekend across multiple campuses. The Chippewa Campus has seen several expansions, including a 25,000 sq. ft. children’s wing with a colorful, kid-friendly design and a two-story play land. While much has changed over the years, the mission remains the same, “To be and make disciples of Jesus Christ.” That calling is reflected today through energetic weekend worship experiences, a vibrant Pathway Café, and ministries that engage the whole family. Pathway also has a strong history of investment in both local and global outreach and continues to expand its reach through multisite ministry.
“When we moved to Pathway and western PA 18 years ago, we had three teenagers. We not only fell in love with the area, but our kids found themselves at home quickly. They felt accepted and got involved in youth activities, as well as music and athletics at school. As I retire, we have no desire to relocate. We have developed lifelong friends. It is family friendly with great schools and a large city nearby which has a fantastic cultural district and amazing restaurants. We couldn’t recommend this area any higher.”

Pathway Church exists to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ. They accomplish this purpose by focusing on the essential elements of worship, evangelism, discipleship and prayer. You can find more about what they believe here.
Pathway is one church with multiple worship expressions across its campuses. Modern services take place on Sunday mornings and Thursday nights at the Chippewa Campus, while the Moon Campus (about 22 miles away) offers a similar worship experience on Sunday mornings.
Chippewa also hosts a Classic Service featuring hymns and worship songs for those who prefer a more traditional environment.
Each worship experience is crafted with intentionality and excellence—designed to be both engaging and meaningful. Full bands, vocalists, and production teams serve across all venues, supported by the tools and technology needed for dynamic in-person gatherings and high-quality streaming. The ministry is powered by a strong base of faithful volunteers and supported by paid staff in production, communications, and technical roles.
