Surge Community Church was a campus of New Life Christian Church in Chantilly before spinning off as an independent church plant. They’re currently in the process of rebuilding post-COVID and are excited about our role in God’s work in this generation.
Surge is known for our generosity and for being a bit unusual in the landscape of Northern Virginia churches. Meeting at The State Theatre in Falls Church, they’re committed to sound and relevant biblical teaching, vibrant worship and ongoing generosity in everything they do.
We are seeking a Pastor of Outreach who is committed to the mission of The Surge Community Church and is passionate about seeing the local community come to faith in Jesus and grow in their walk with Him. We are looking for a gifted evangelist to provide leadership, vision, and strategy to help us be more effective in assimilating local families into the life of our church. Leading by example, this role will build a team of like-minded leaders and volunteers to multiply impact and draw the larger church body
into a healthy vision of outreach and connection. This role isn’t intended to be limited to the Hispanic community in our area, but this population will be a strong and early opportunity for success.
